Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is part of the larger Poipu Kai Resort which offers wonderful greenbelt pathways with a short stroll to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt's lush grounds to the east and to the west you can walk to Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke Beach. Plus you have use of the Poipu Kai community pool, hot spa and tennis courts (small court fee applies).

Let the tropical birds sing to you as you relax and let your troubles slip away. This home has the living area, a half bath plus the master suite upstairs. Then there are 2 additional bedrooms, a full bath, a den and laundry downstairs. There is plenty of room for families and kids to have their own space! Perfect for either couples or extended families.

The upstairs deck is the perfect place for meals, BBQ, & star gazing while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Or sit on the lower patio surrounded by the lush tropical gardens.

This Poipu home offers:

• Master suite with king-size bed, flat-screen TV, master bath with tub and separate shower.
• Two bedrooms both with TVs ? one has a queen bed and one has 2 twin beds which can convert to king sized bed.
• For large parties (up to 8) with children we have 2 fold-out futons (and a well-used sleeper sofa in the den).
• To accommodate younger children we have a play-n-pack and a high chair available.
• Internet access is free as well as cable TV
• The garage is equipped with laundry facilities and beach gear (towels, mats, chairs, sand toys and coolers).
